3. Venue listings, deals and events
Businesses are responsible for ensuring submitted venue details, deals, events, prices, availability and promotional information are accurate and up to date.
4. Claims and verification
WhatsOn may review, approve, reject, suspend or remove venue claims at its discretion. Verification does not guarantee the accuracy, quality or availability of a venue, deal or event.
5. User content
By submitting content to WhatsOn, you grant us permission to use, display, edit and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the platform.
6. Prohibited use
You may not misuse WhatsOn, submit false or misleading information, attempt to access accounts or data without permission, or interfere with the platform’s operation.
7. Availability and accuracy
We aim to keep information accurate, but deals, events, prices, hours and availability may change. Users should confirm details with the venue where necessary.
8. Limitation of liability
WhatsOn is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for losses, disputes, inaccurate listings, cancelled events, unavailable offers, or third-party services.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of WhatsOn after changes means you accept the updated terms.
